My unique approach uses my kid-centered, love-focused toolbox created from 18 years teaching over 700 children and 14 years parenting my own menagerie of three, including my child with significant special needs.
Despite teaching and connecting with over 700 students,
parenting my own children is the hardest work I have ever done.
Molding little humans in a positive and authentic way when you are so exhausted and busy is a challenge for all of us.
It is hard to show up as the parents we want to be—inevitably our own stuff gets in the way, or we don’t have the techniques or skill set for our particular kiddo yet.
I will develop, model, & teach you AND your child practical, personalized,
and FUN strategies to make your home life feel more joyful and balanced.
I’ve learned that each child requires their own unique approach, which led me to develop the Love-Led Parenting Method based on:
understanding emotions
how our brains work
the freedom in emotional regulation
and power of mindfulness practices
I have broken these concepts down into age-appropriate teachings that have helped my students, children, and ME
stay present and take shame out of the messiness of our human experience.
I believe:
Parents and children thrive when they feel connection, support, and love
Parenting is HARD and should NOT BE DONE IN ISOLATION
All children are innately good
Getting curious about kiddos’ behaviors and emotions can help us learn/get clear on how best to meet their specific needs
Happy families make a happier world!
